Job summary

AL TARIQ is seeking an Electrical Maintenance Supervisor to lead the electrical maintenance for a state-of-the-art manufacturing environment in Abu Dhabi. The role requires hands-on supervision with deep knowledge of CNC controls, PLCs, servo drives, and industrial automation to maximize equipment reliability.

You will plan maintenance, supervise technicians, and coordinate with OEMs and internal stakeholders while ensuring safe operation, compliance with LOTO and quality standards, and accurate

Qualifications

Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related technical discipline.
Strong knowledge of CNC control systems, PLCs, servo systems, and electrical troubleshooting.
Understanding of maintenance planning, TPM, MTTR/MTBF, and machine availability.

Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate and supervise daily electrical maintenance for CNC/SPMs and related equipment.
Lead preventive, corrective and breakdown maintenance per schedules and OEM guidance.
Supervise technicians and coordinate with Production and other departments to minimize downtime.
