Job summary

EDGE in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance of CNC machines, SPMs, and related production equipment in a high-performance manufacturing environment. You will drive preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance programs to keep assets safe, reliable, and productive.

You will supervise maintenance teams, perform root cause analysis, oversee hydraulic and pneumatic systems, spindle and drive components, and coordinate with OEMs,

Qualifications

Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related technical discipline.
Strong knowledge of CNC machine mechanical systems, hydraulics and pneumatics.
Experience in preventive, corrective and TPM maintenance practices.

Responsibilities

Plan, assign, and supervise daily mechanical maintenance for CNC machines, SPMs and related equipment.
Lead preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance per schedules and OEM guidelines.
Monitor machine breakdowns, allocate resources, and restore equipment to minimize downtime.
Conduct root-cause analysis and support troubleshooting of complex mechanical failures.
Supervise maintenance of spindles, bearings, ball screws, linear guides, gearboxes, ATC/ APC components, hydraulics and pneumatics.
