Job summary
EDGE seeks an experienced Electrical Maintenance Supervisor to lead the electrical maintenance function for CNC machines, SPMs and production equipment. You will ensure maximum reliability, availability, and operating efficiency through hands-on supervision of maintenance activities and strong expertise in CNC controls, PLCs, servo drives, and electrical troubleshooting.

Qualifications
- Hands-on expertise with CNC controls, PLCs, servo drives and electrical troubleshooting.
- Experience in preventive and breakdown maintenance in an industrial setting.
- Ability to supervise technicians and coordinate with OEMs and internal teams.
Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily electrical maintenance activities for CNCs, SPMs and production equipment.
- Lead preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance per schedules and OEM recommendations.
- Supervise technicians, conduct root cause analysis for major electrical breakdowns, and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain electrical safety, monitor PLC I/O, sensors, relays, and control circuits.
