Job summary

Worley is seeking a Senior Construction Supervisor – Mechanical/Piping to lead mechanical and piping field activities at our Abu Dhabi site. You will ensure safe execution, adherence to drawings and specifications, and timely completion aligned with project schedules and HSE requirements.

The ideal candidate will have a Diploma in Engineering with 15+ years in Oil & Gas or Petrochemical sectors, including GCC experience, and a strong background in welding, testing, and commissioning readiness.

Qualifications

Diploma in Engineering or equivalent from an accredited institute.
Minimum fifteen (15+) years of experience in Oil & Gas or Petrochemical industries, with GCC experience.
Experience in supervising mechanical and piping construction activities.
Strong knowledge of IFC drawings, P&IDs, isometrics, and construction standards.

Responsibilities

Supervise day-to-day mechanical and piping construction activities at site.
Monitor fabrication, erection, installation, alignment, testing, and reinstatement of piping systems and mechanical equipment.
Supervise installation of static and rotating equipment, piping, valves, supports, and associated works.
Ensure works are executed per approved drawings, specifications, method statements, ITPs and codes.
Coordinate with engineering, QA/QC, HSE, planning, materials, commissioning and other disciplines.
Review piping isometrics, layouts, equipment drawings, tie-in requirements and site modifications.
