Job summary

Target Engineering Construction Co LLC in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to lead electrical construction activities on large-scale Oil & Gas EPC projects. You will supervise site teams, ensure installations meet drawings and specifications, and coordinate with QA/QC, HSE, and planning to deliver on schedule.

The role requires 8–10 years in electrical construction and 3–5 years in a senior engineer position, with strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 8–10 years of electrical construction experience.
• 3–5 years in a Senior Electrical Engineer role on large Oil & Gas EPC projects.
• Experience in industrial plants, refineries, petrochemical facilities, or major Oil & Gas projects.
• Strong knowledge of electrical construction methods, installation, testing, and commissioning.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination abilities.
• Leadership and team management skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage day-to-day electrical construction activities.
• Ensure installations meet drawings, specs, and method statements.
• Monitor progress and mitigate delays.
• Coordinate manpower, materials, tools, and equipment.
• Conduct site inspections and progress reviews.
• Provide technical guidance to site engineers and subcontractors.
• Review constructability and identify risks.
• Support value engineering to optimize cost and schedule.
• Coordinate with QA/QC, HSE, and other departments.
• Prepare progress reports and as-built documentation.
