Job summary

Shapoorji Pallonji & Company Pvt. Ltd. in Dubai is seeking a Senior eCommerce Project Manager to lead the D2C eCommerce strategy and delivery of platform features, enhancements, and regional initiatives.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in eCommerce with hands-on experience across Cart & Checkout, Omnichannel/Endless Aisle, and payment integrations. You will coordinate with regional and global teams to drive innovation and optimize checkout performance.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on eCommerce project management experience.
• Strong experience in Cart & Checkout, Omnichannel/Endless Aisle, Payments and feature rollouts.
• Experience with multiple major eCommerce platforms (Shopify, SAP Hybris, Salesforce Commerce Cloud or Magento).
• Understanding of payment APIs, tokenisation and 3-D Secure.
• Proven track record improving checkout conversion or latency.
• Experience with Endless Aisle, click-and-collect or O2O fulfilment (MENA preferred).
• Proficiency in Agile with distributed teams; PM and stakeholder skills.
• JIRA, Confluence; data viz tools Looker/Power BI/Tableau.

Responsibilities

• Lead eCommerce projects, feature rollouts and regional initiatives.
• Manage carts, checkout, omnichannel, payments and new features.
• Drive checkout optimization and payment gateway enhancements.
• Lead Endless Aisle, click-and-collect and offline fulfilment.
• Coordinate with regional, global and local stakeholders.
• Manage project plans, timelines, risks, budgets and governance.
• Work with Agile teams on sprints, backlogs, user stories and UAT.
• Track KPIs, conversion and platform performance; drive improvements.
• Support innovation with new tech, fintech, AI recommendations.
• Maintain project docs and promote Agile best practices.
