Job summary

Hermès Middle East is launching its e-commerce activity in 2027 across the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait and Bahrain. The role sits within the E-commerce Department and reports to the E-commerce Project Manager as part of the Middle East team.

You will recruit and build the E-merchandising team: 1 member in 2026 and 4 in 2027, driving growth through product strategy, omnichannel initiatives, SEA, and editorial content across the site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Experience in Retail Merchandising and E-commerce is essential.
• Strong leadership and strategic vision for team management.

Responsibilities

• Build, lead and develop the E-merchandising team across multiple areas.
• Define product strategy and Open-to-Buy budgets with planning.
• Enhance site attractiveness with visual merchandising and editorial animation.
• Drive SEA and traffic performance and analyze category performance.
• Collaborate with central teams and ensure smooth omnichannel operations.
