Job summary

Hermès Middle East is launching its e-commerce operation and seeking a senior E-merchandising leader. You will recruit, build, and manage a dedicated team across e-retail merchandising, planning, traffic acquisition, and editorial animation.

The role requires a strong product sense, strategic vision, and the ability to collaborate with European central teams and local stakeholders to drive online growth. You will oversee buying activity, stock planning, and performance analysis, while guiding

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, merchandising, or a related field.
• Strong product sensitivity and aesthetic awareness to drive online assortment.
• Ability to lead a cross-functional merchandising and data team with strategic vision.

Responsibilities

• Build and develop the E-merchandising team across multiple areas (E-Retail Merchandising, Planning, SEA & Data).
• Define and execute a robust merchandising strategy for Middle East with omnichannel focus.
• Collaborate with central teams and local Retail Merchandising to align strategy and stock levels.
