Job summary

Parsons in Dubai seeks an experienced Document Controller to manage project document flows, ensure accuracy, and support data retention. The role requires coordinating with operations, engineering, and construction teams, using Aconex and MS Office to track, log, and transmit documents.

You will supervise junior staff, ensure compliance with procedures, and maintain databases, logs, and closeout documentation.

Qualifications

• Graduate with 5+ years of document controls experience in construction or engineering.
• Proficiency in Aconex and MS Office with emphasis on Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Strong written and spoken English communications and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and implement document control systems for efficient processing of communications and documents.
• Coordinate document flow between project operations, engineering, construction, and other departments.
• Manage electronic document management systems and maintain databases, logs, and transmittals.
• Supervise and direct the work of the project document control team as required.
• Ensure compliance with procedures and client retention requirements.
