Job summary

NTT DATA in Dubai is seeking a Senior Director, Partner/Vendor Alliances to lead strategic partnerships with external organizations, drive business growth, and enhance client experiences through collaborative alliances.

You will shape comprehensive partner strategies, identify opportunities, manage a senior alliances team, align with Sales, Marketing and Product functions, and negotiate agreements that create mutual value.

Qualifications

• Significant strategic thinking to develop and execute partner strategies.
• Proven ability to build and manage strategic partner alliances.
• Experience leading a partner/vendor alliances team and GTM initiatives.
• Strong go-to-market experience and revenue growth focus.
• Experience in global technology organizations and alliances management.

Responsibilities

• Supports the development of a comprehensive partner alliances strategy aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.
• Builds and maintains strong relationships with strategic partners and manages performance.
• Identifies new business opportunities through partner alliances and leverages partner capabilities.
• Provides direction to strategic programs and contributes to executive engagements.
• Leads negotiation and execution of partnership agreements with favorable terms.
• Tracks performance against KPIs and implements corrective actions.
• Collaborates with Sales, Marketing, Product Development and Operations to align activities.
• Represents the organization in industry events to build brand awareness and partnerships.
• Oversees coaching of the senior alliance management team.
• Identifies and mitigates risks and ensures compliance with requirements.
• Defines and enforces partner alliances policies, standards and guidelines.
• Delivers training and coaching to enable continuous improvement and revenue growth.
