Job summary

Huxley is seeking a Digital Health Business Partner (Senior Associate/Manager) in Abu Dhabi to drive strategic digital health initiatives across complex healthcare ecosystems. You will partner with senior leaders, transformation teams, and delivery partners to shape opportunities, define strategic initiatives, and enable meaningful change.

You will lead cross-functional collaboration across business, technology, and operations, translating complex needs into practical roadmaps and business cases

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Digital Transformation, Management Consulting, or related advisory roles.
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
• Strong skills in business analysis, requirements gathering, and strategic planning.
• Proven track record delivering business transformation, process improvement, or organizational change.
• Experience building business cases, roadmaps, and executive-level presentations.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with business stakeholders and act as a strategic advisor on digital transformation opportunities.
• Identify challenges, assess opportunities, and develop recommendations aligned to objectives.
• Facilitate workshops and engagement sessions to gather requirements and set priorities.
• Translate needs into actionable initiatives, roadmaps, and transformation plans.
• Support business case development and implementation approaches.
• Drive alignment between business, technology, data, and delivery teams to ensure execution.
• Monitor progress, manage dependencies, and identify risks with mitigation actions.
• Contribute to governance, reporting, and decision-making across programmes.
• Analyze operational challenges and customer journeys to find improvements.
• Support change management activities to encourage adoption.
