Job summary

PureHealth, the UAE's largest integrated healthcare network, seeks a senior client-management leader in Abu Dhabi to drive growth, strengthen strategic accounts, and optimise CRM capabilities. You will guide account teams, pitch new business, and ensure timely onboarding and reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer.

The role requires a deep healthcare background, strong leadership, and excellent stakeholder management in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business administration or related discipline.
10–12 years of experience in the healthcare industry.
3–5 years of managerial experience leading a group.
Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Experience managing multiple priorities with urgency.

Responsibilities

Formulate and implement development strategies for clients including sister companies, government, and commercial entities.
Manage existing clients to achieve budgets, strategic targets, and performance objectives.
Champion and improve Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and functions.
Represent the company in stakeholder meetings, industry briefings, and external forums.
Provide leadership and guidance to account managers and staff within the division.
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers to resolve issues and strengthen trust.
Lead new client pitching, proposal creation, and the onboarding process.
Prepare internal and external reports as directed by the Chief Commercial Officer.
