• Lead large-scale digital transformation programmes across multiple functions.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer experience, automation and digital adoption.
• Establish priorities, delivery standards and measures of success across the digital portfolio.
• Partner with senior stakeholders across Product, Technology, Data, Operations and other functions.

This is a senior leadership position with responsibility for defining and executing the organisation's digital strategy, overseeing key digital platforms and driving the continued evolution of its customer proposition.

The successful individual will lead across business, technology, product and data functions, ensuring digital initiatives translate into tangible improvements in customer experience and commercial performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the long-term digital strategy and transformation roadmap.
• Lead the development and enhancement of customer-facing digital platforms.
• Own end-to-end digital customer journeys, from acquisition and onboarding through to ongoing engagement and servicing.
• Lead large-scale digital transformation programmes involving multiple business and technology functions.

• Establish clear priorities, delivery standards and measures of success across the digital portfolio.
• Partner closely with senior stakeholders across Product, Technology, Data, Operations and other business functions.

Experience Required

• Significant experience leading digital transformation, digital platforms or customer experience within a large, complex organisation.
• Must come from a Business Banking background.
• Proven experience owning and delivering large-scale digital transformation programmes.
• Strong understanding of digital products, customer journeys and platform development.
• Experience leading sizeable cross-functional teams.
• Strong commercial mindset with the ability to connect digital investment to measurable business outcomes.
