Job summary

Group-IB in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to build, maintain, and scale high-availability systems powering our global services. You will work with Linux, Kubernetes, IaC tools, and monitoring to ensure robust, secure, and efficient infrastructure.

You will collaborate with engineers across networks and development teams to design HA architectures, manage incidents, and optimize performance.

Qualifications

4+ years in Linux admin, DevOps or SRE.
Automation via Bash or similar scripting.
Strong networking fundamentals.
Experience managing bare-metal production infra.
Experience with Ansible or Puppet.
Experience with distributed databases (Elasticsearch, Cassandra, MongoDB, MySQL, PostgreSQL).
Kubernetes administration and container workloads.
Experience with IaC tools FluxCD or ArgoCD.
Monitoring and observability using Zabbix, VictoriaMetrics, Loki, Grafana.
Ability to design high-availability, fault-tolerant and secure infrastructure.

Responsibilities

Maintain and optimize core server infrastructure (bare-metal, LXC, VMs, cloud).
Operate core services: Nginx, Puppet, GitLab, Artifactory, Nexus, Harbor, Grafana.
Manage infrastructure as code (IaC).
Handle and resolve incidents in infra operations.
Collaborate with network engineers, developers and stakeholders.
Design and implement high-availability, scalable solutions.
