Job summary

Tech Junction Ltd in Abu Dhabi seeks a seasoned DevSecOps Engineer / Platform Security Engineer with 7–12+ years in regulated banking to own secure delivery pipelines for APIs and Lean Core Banking components.

You will fortify CI/CD, GitOps, and IaC controls, orchestrate Kubernetes/OpenShift security, and integrate AI-assisted development tools across the platform, ensuring compliance and resilience.

Qualifications

• 7–12+ years of progressive professional experience in banking or highly regulated financial services sectors.
• Experience supporting large-scale enterprise transformation programs and digital modernization initiatives.
• Hands-on operational expertise in CI/CD pipelines, GitOps workflows, Kubernetes, and Red‑Hat OpenShift.
• Deep practical knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tooling and DevSecOps automated security control integration.
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot), modern IDEs, automated security platforms.
• Exceptional analytical, troubleshooting, security hardening, and problem-solving abilities in high-pressured environments.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills with executive reporting and cross-functional leadership.
• Legal work eligibility in UAE and availability for full-time on-site operations in Abu Dhabi (12 Months renewable).

Responsibilities

• Establish, configure, and maintain secure, automated, and AI-enabled delivery pipelines for APIs and Lean Core Banking components.
• Implement robust DevSecOps controls, SAST/DAST, and automated vulnerability remediation workflows.
• Manage and secure container orchestration platforms including Kubernetes and OpenShift across multi-environment clusters.
• Develop and enforce IaC standards, automated provisioning, and GitOps operating models.
• Integrate AI-assisted development tools (GitHub Copilot) and code quality analysis engines into pipelines.
• Collaborate with banking development squads, cybersecurity officers, QA engineers, and cloud architects.
• Monitor pipeline telemetry, build performance, security scan metrics, and compliance adherence.
• Author architecture blueprints, DevSecOps runbooks, security frameworks, and SOPs.
