Job summary

AtkinsRalis in Abu Dhabi seeks a Sr. Design Manager to lead design delivery for hospitality projects. You will guide the design lifecycle, coordinate with clients, consultants, and stakeholders, and drive quality, schedule, and budget adherence.

The role requires 13–20 years in design management, a architecture degree, and regional experience. LEED knowledge is a plus, and relocation support is available. This is a full-time position in the UAE.

Qualifications

• 13–20 years of design manager experience on hospitality projects.
• Degree in architecture; LEED knowledge is beneficial.
• Regional experience in the Middle East is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design process through the project lifecycle with stakeholders.
• Develop and implement the Design Management Plan and DMP.
• Oversee design consultants and ensure timely, quality deliverables.
• Coordinate design activities with client, PMC, and LDC teams.
• Support risk, change, and value management across design stages.
• Ensure compliance with project brief and client requirements.
