AtkinsRealis is seeking a degree-qualified Construction Manager with extensive infrastructure and landscape project experience to lead complex programmes in Abu Dhabi, UAE. You will provide planning leadership, technical expertise, and ensure delivery to time, cost and quality while upholding safety standards.

The role requires more than 15 years of experience, chartered status, and a proven ability to mobilise teams, manage stakeholders, and develop long-term client relationships to identify

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Proven track record in delivering large, multi-functional projects.
• Strong understanding of construction techniques and project controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead a multi-functional site team to deliver mega projects (hospitality, mixed-use, retail, entertainment).
• Manage key client interfaces and other stakeholders across departments.
• Oversee overall construction management, progress, schedule adherence, and quality/ safety standards.
• Ensure resources meet current and future commitments and maximize opportunities.
