AtkinsRalis in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Senior Design Manager (Architect/Urban Designer) to lead hands-on urban design and master planning from visioning to concept through to developed proposals. The role collaborates with architects, landscape architects and commercial teams to deliver cohesive master plans and visualizations.
You should hold a Masters or Bachelors in Architecture/Urban Design and have 12–15 years experience in top-tier consultancies with GCC/UAE exposure.

- Masters or Bachelors degree in Architecture, Landscape Architecture, Urban Design or related field.
- 12–15 years of experience in urban design with focus on master planning in visioning and concept stages.
- 5 years in a top-tier consultancy with GCC/UAE master planning exposure.
Responsibilities
- Lead urban design projects from conceptual genesis to developed vision stage for executive leadership.
- Oversee visualization and graphics production; manage schedules and deliverables.
- Collaborate with architects, landscape architects, and internal teams to ensure integrated design outcomes.
