Job summary

AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Senior Architect to oversee the full spectrum of architecture design for diverse asset types in Abu Dhabi. You will lead design development from concept to completion, ensuring aesthetic excellence and compliance with standards while coordinating with stakeholders and cross-disciplinary teams.

The role emphasizes safety in design, strategic guidance on technical standards, and oversight of large-scale programs.

Qualifications

• 13 years of architectural design and management experience.
• Experience managing international design consultants across sectors.
• Proven expertise in residential, commercial, healthcare and educational designs.
• Construction experience is preferred.
• Track record of delivering large, complex programs with quality and innovation.

Responsibilities

• Manage Scope & Schedule ensuring alignment with project objectives.
• Ensure compliance with project requirements and design standards.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams in delivering complex high-profile projects.
• Draft comprehensive architectural documentation from concept through detailed design.
• Oversee preparation of materials schedules, FF&E, and mock-ups.
• Communicate with consultants, contractors and NEOM departments.
