AtkinsRéalis in the United Arab Emirates seeks a Senior Architect to oversee the full spectrum of architectural design across diverse asset types. You will lead architectural work with minimal supervision within a senior team, driving quality and innovation from concept to completion.

The role requires 13+ years of experience, proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Rhino, Grasshopper and V-Ray, and a track record of managing international design consultants.

Qualifications

• Understanding of international standards, policies, codes and procedures.
• Experience leading architectural design across typologies.
• 13+ years of architectural design and management experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage Scope & Schedule in line with objectives.
• Ensure compliance with project requirements and standards.
• Support integration of design packages across disciplines.
• Champion Safety in Design principles and implementation.
• Deliver Architecture mandate with stakeholder engagement.
• Lead design reviews and provide recommendations to execs.
• Oversee architects, designers, managers and professionals.
• Draft comprehensive architectural documentation from concept to details.
• Monitor technical compliance through design and construction phases.
• Prepare capex documentation and build team consensus.
