Job summary

Eaton in Dubai seeks a Demand Generation Marketing Leader to drive regional marketing communications, campaigns, and lead generation across the Middle East, Türkiye and Africa. You will align with Global/EMEA Marcom and work with sales, product marketing, and channels to localize campaigns and maximize impact.

Responsibilities include leading the META Field Demand Generation Marketing organization, shaping messaging, managing PR and events, and delivering measurable ROMI while ensuring regional

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from accredited institution.
• 10+ years' experience in digital marketing, content marketing, SEO, analytics, and integrated campaigns.
• Experience with marketing communications strategy development and sales enablement.
• Fluency in English and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience partnering with sales or customer-facing teams.

Responsibilities

• Sales: Build understanding of target audiences, personas, buyer journeys and market trends; support sales with enablement and demand generation.
• Segment Content Marketing and Campaigns CoE: Provide META insights to shape campaign messaging and integration.
• Brand and Thought Leadership CoE: Support enterprise thought-leadership campaigns and oversee regional earned media with Global PR.
• META Segment Leaders: Align marketing activities with META industry segment strategies and goals.
• META Field Product Marketing: Ensure products and solutions are promoted throughout the buyer journey.
• META Field Channel Marketing: Provide campaign messaging and assets to channel partners.
