Job summary

Eaton Corporation in Dubai seeks a Senior Product Marketing Leader for META to drive regional strategy, segmentation and portfolio planning. You will lead cross-functional launches, develop buyer personas and messaging, and enable the regional Field Product Marketing teams to accelerate profitable growth.

Fluent English required; you will collaborate with Sales, Product Management and Channels across a dynamic, global organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business or Marketing.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in product marketing, go-to-market strategy or integrated marketing within a technical or B2B environment, including regional leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own META product marketing strategy and annual plan, aligning with priorities.
• Lead market segmentation, opportunity sizing and prioritization across industries and channels.
• Translate growth priorities into portfolio, go-to-market and integrated plans.
• Build regional market intelligence and translate insights into recommendations.
• Lead development of buyer personas, journeys, positioning and messaging.
• Own go-to-market strategies for priority META launches and governance.
• Develop integrated campaigns with global/local alignment.
• Coach and lead Field Product Marketing teams toward growth and ROI.
