Job summary

Eaton is seeking a seasoned Product Marketing Leader for the META region in Dubai. This senior role oversees regional product marketing strategy, translating customer and market insights into positioning, go-to-market plans, and integrated programs.

You will lead segmentation, messaging, and portfolio strategy, collaborating with Product Divisions, Sales, Pricing and Marketing to drive launches and profitable growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business or Marketing.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in product marketing, go-to-market strategy or integrated marketing within a technical or B2B environment, with regional leadership and people management.

Responsibilities

• Own the META product marketing strategy and annual plan.
• Lead market segmentation, opportunity sizing and prioritization across industries and channels.
• Translate growth priorities into portfolio, go-to-market and integrated marketing plans.
• Lead development of buyer personas and customer journeys with differentiated value propositions.
• Own product marketing briefs and go-to-market strategies for priority META launches.
• Drive end-to-end product launches and monitor performance to improve adoption and revenue.
