Job summary

Eaton in Dubai seeks a senior Product Marketing Leader to shape regional marketing strategy, drive launches and partner with Sales and Product Divisions. This role covers META market segments, messaging and lifecycle campaigns, translating customer insights into growth opportunities across channels.

You will lead segmentation, positioning and campaigns, while guiding cross‑functional teams. Strong leadership and English language skills are essential for success in a dynamic, globally connected

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in Engineering, Business or Marketing.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in product marketing or GTM in technical/B2B environments.

Responsibilities

• Own META product marketing strategy and annual plan.
• Lead market segmentation, opportunity sizing and prioritization.
• Translate insights into portfolio, positioning and go-to-market plans.
• Drive end‑to‑end product launches and commercial performance.
• Develop buyer personas, journeys, and messaging across channels.
• Lead cross‑functional launch governance and measure success.
• Coach and develop Field Product Marketing teams in META.
