Job summary

Eaton in Dubai is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Leader to own the META strategy, shape segmentation, messaging and portfolio roadmaps, and translate insights into high-impact go-to-market plans. You will partner with Sales, Pricing and Product Management to drive launches and growth in a dynamic, regional context.

You’ll lead regional teams, develop buyer personas, and ensure campaigns are localized for META markets. The role offers exposure to global campaigns and internal mobility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business or Marketing.
• Minimum 10 years of product marketing, go-to-market or integrated marketing experience in technical or B2B environments.
• Regional leadership and people-management experience.

Responsibilities

• Own META product marketing strategy and annual plan with segmentation and prioritization.
• Lead market insights and translate into portfolio, positioning and commercial strategy.
• Develop buyer personas, journeys and differentiated value propositions for priority segments.
• Lead go-to-market strategies, launches and performance measurement.
• Drive integrated campaigns and demand generation with cross-functional teams.
• Coach and develop regional Field Product Marketing teams.
