Job summary

Salt in Abu Dhabi seeks a senior technology leader to steer enterprise IT operations, architecture, and digital resilience in line with business priorities. You will shape the technology operating model, drive service delivery improvements, ensure continuity planning, and manage vendor relationships to deliver secure, future-ready infrastructure and applications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technology-related discipline; postgraduate qualifications considered an advantage.
• Proven leadership experience managing broad technology environments including infrastructure, enterprise systems, applications, or digital services.
• Strong understanding of technology architecture, operational governance, information security, service delivery, and resilience.
• Ability to lead complex technology initiatives, resolve high-impact operational challenges, and balance business needs with technical priorities.
• Strong people leadership, stakeholder engagement, and commercial/vendor management capabilities within a complex organisational environment.
• Proficiency in Arabic is required; English capability and professional certifications such as PMP or CompTIA are advantageous.
