Job summary

Institute For Knowledge Discovery seeks a Hands-on Senior Manager – Technology & Service Delivery to join our global headquarters on-site in Dubai. This is a builder's job, not an administrative role; you will write/review code, design architecture, and run end-to-end projects.

The role requires experience in software engineering and IT Service Management, with hands-on skills in .NET/ASP.NET, Python, SQL, and cloud exposure (Azure/AWS). ERP/TMS or logistics domain experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Exp in managing software Engineering + IT Service Management.
• Strong hands on exp in .NET/ASP.NET, Python, SQL, Azure/AWS exposure.
• ERP/TMS or logistic/freight forwarding domain exp preferred.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on builder role focusing on delivering solutions on-site in Dubai.
