Job summary

Decima International seeks an accomplished Project Management MEP Coordinator to lead planning, coordination, supervision, and delivery of MEP works for a large-scale Dubai project. This client-facing role requires strong technical expertise in mechanical and electrical systems and extensive construction delivery experience.

The ideal candidate has 20+ years in MEP coordination, with data center or mission-critical project exposure, and can coordinate multidisciplinary teams, ensure safety,

Qualifications

• 20+ years of experience in MEP coordination and project management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Experience on large-scale data center or mission-critical projects.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical systems, and BMS.
• Experience with multidisciplinary coordination and site supervision.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate MEP activities across mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, ELV/ICT, and related building services disciplines.
• Monitor progress against approved schedules, look-ahead plans, milestones, and project delivery targets.
• Review MEP construction plans, method statements, inspection/test plans, shop drawings, submittals, and site coordination documents.
• Identify MEP interface issues, coordination gaps, design conflicts, procurement constraints, and support timely resolution.
• Participate in MEP coordination meetings, progress meetings, and site inspections.
• Support schedule development and updates by validating MEP sequencing and progress status.
