We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Senior Customs Compliance Executive to join our trade, logistics, and compliance team
In this role, you’ll support customs compliance activities, manage import and export documentation, coordinate customs declarations, and ensure that shipments comply with applicable customs regulations and company procedures. - Manage daily customs compliance and import/export activities
- Prepare, review, and maintain customs and shipping documentation
- Coordinate customs declarations, clearances, and shipment documentation
- Ensure accurate classification, valuation, and documentation of imported and exported goods
- Monitor customs requirements, procedures, and regulatory updates
- Review commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates, and other trade documents
- Coordinate with customs authorities, freight forwarders, brokers, suppliers, and internal departments
- Monitor customs duties, taxes, fees, and related payments
- Identify potential customs compliance risks and assist with corrective actions
- Maintain accurate customs records and supporting documentation
- Assist with customs audits, inspections, and compliance reviews
- Prepare customs compliance reports and maintain relevant databases
- Support senior management with trade compliance and customs-related matters
- Ensure all activities are carried out in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies

Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Customs, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
- Previous experience in customs compliance, import/export, logistics, freight forwarding, or trade compliance is a plus
- Familiarity with customs systems, ERP software, Microsoft Excel, and import/export documentation
- Knowledge of customs regulations and international trade practices is highly preferred
