Job summary

You will manage regional activities including orders, quotes, RMAs, and specifications, while communicating deliverables to customers and reps under guidance.

The role requires passing customer service certifications and applying company policies to resolve regional issues.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in customer service.
• Associate's degree or related business experience.
• Strong computer skills.
• Ability to learn product concepts and technical details.
• Ability to work cooperatively in a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class customer care to internal and external customers.
• Enter orders, quotes, and RMAs; create and maintain special specifications.
• Communicate with customers and reps on deliverables and resolve issues with some supervision.
• Complete and pass required customer service certifications.
• Use judgment and company policies to resolve standard in-region problems.
