Binance is seeking an experienced OTC Sales Trader to join the OTC Trading team. You will manage and execute large-scale cryptocurrency trades for institutional and high-net-worth clients, delivering excellent service and driving business growth.

You will collaborate with trading, risk, and compliance teams to ensure compliant execution and stay ahead of market trends. Remote-first work arrangement may apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in OTC trading, sales trading, or institutional sales within crypto or traditional markets in MENA.
• Strong understanding of cryptocurrency markets and digital asset trading.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English is required to coordinate with overseas partners.

About The Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced OTC Sales Trader to join our OTC Trading team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and executing large-scale cryptocurrency trades for institutional and high-net-worth clients, providing exceptional client service, and driving business growth through strategic sales initiatives.

What You'll Do:

• Execute OTC cryptocurrency trades on behalf of institutional clients, high-net-worth individuals, and partners with a focus on accuracy, speed, and compliance.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to understand their trading needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Collaborate closely with the trading desk, risk management, and compliance teams to ensure smooth trade execution and adherence to regulatory requirements.
• Monitor market trends, liquidity, and pricing to provide clients with competitive and timely trade opportunities.
• Identify new business opportunities and contribute to the growth of the OTC trading desk.
• Prepare and present regular reports on trading activity, client feedback, and market insights to senior management.
• Ensure all trades comply with internal policies and external regulatory requirements.
• Provide excellent client support and resolve any trade-related issues promptly.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience (8+ years) in OTC trading, sales trading, or institutional sales within the cryptocurrency or traditional financial markets in MENA.
• Strong understanding of cryptocurrency markets, blockchain technology, and digital asset trading.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency in trading platforms and tools; experience with OTC trading desks is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in English is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders. Additional languages would be an advantage.
