Role Overview

Entanglix Lab is hiring a Senior CRM Business Analyst to lead requirement engineering and workflow design for multi-industry CRM implementations in Dubai. The role centers on conducting stakeholder discovery workshops, authoring comprehensive Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), mapping As-Is and To-Be organizational processes, defining data integration specs, and ensuring technical teams build scalable CRM architectures.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate business discovery sessions and stakeholder alignment workshops to capture functional needs.
• Author detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), functional specifications, and user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
• Map As-Is and To-Be operational processes, business logic, approval hierarchies, and role-based security permissions.
• Spec out system integrations, data mapping rules, custom reports, and executive dashboard analytics.
• Bridge functional requirements with technical architecture teams through end-to-end CRM implementation cycles.
• Manage simultaneous CRM transformation projects across diverse industry verticals.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or Business Administration with at least 5 years of dedicated CRM Business Analysis experience across multiple complete project lifecycles.
• Technical Mastery: Expertise across major CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot, Zoho), process modeling tools (Visio, Lucidchart), agile management software (Jira), and data integration frameworks.
• Core Competencies: Requirement gathering, workflow optimization, BRD authoring, user story writing, systems integration analysis, and executive stakeholder management.
