Job summary

Octopus by RTG, the tech hiring arm of Robusta Technology Group, is seeking a Business Analyst for a 4-month onsite engagement in the UAE. The role focuses on mapping customer journeys for a financial services client and translating business needs into functional requirements.

You will collaborate with CRM and Martech teams and support workshops and stakeholder interviews throughout the engagement.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of Business Analyst experience in financial services.
• Onsite UAE availability for a full 4-month engagement.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience with CRM and MarTech platforms.

Experience

5-7 years of solid, relevant experience as a Business Analyst.

Industry Knowledge

Strong familiarity with the financial services industry.

Technical Exposure

Hands-on experience working with CRM and Martech platforms.

Soft Skills

Proactive, collaborative, and approachable. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, client-facing environments.

Location & Availability

Available to work onsite in the UAE for the full 4-month duration. Available to start by the last week of February.
