Job summary

Datamatics Technologies in Dubai, UAE, seeks a Senior CRM Business Analyst to lead requirements gathering for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM & Power Platform. On-site collaboration with business stakeholders and IT teams ensures CRM solutions meet objectives and user needs.

You will translate requirements into user stories, facilitate workshops, support testing and UAT, and help with data migration and go-live activities. Fluent Arabic is mandatory, and strong communication in English is a plus.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Senior CRM Business Analyst or similar.
• Fluency in Arabic is mandatory.
• Strong experience in requirements gathering, analysis, validation and documentation.
• Practical experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
• Ability to translate business requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Experience facilitating stakeholder workshops and working with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of UAT, test scenarios, defect management and business sign-off processes.
• Onsite work at client location in Dubai during UAE business hours.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze and validate business requirements from business teams and system owners.
• Document processes, pain points, gaps and user needs.
• Translate requirements into user stories, specs and acceptance criteria.
• Facilitate workshops with stakeholders, users, technical teams and managers.
• Support Dynamics 365 solution design and configuration discussions.
• Bridge between business users, consultants and testers.
• Manage and prioritize the requirements backlog with client and delivery teams.
• Support testing activities, UAT planning and defect clarification.
• Assist with data migration, reporting, integration and data validation.
• Prepare user documentation, training materials and adoption support.
• Support go-live, user adoption and post-go-live hypercare.
