Job summary

Datamatics-Global-Services-Ltd is seeking a Senior CRM Business Analyst to work onsite in Dubai. You will gather and document requirements, translate them into user stories, and ensure Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform solutions meet business objectives.

Arabic language proficiency is mandatory and you will collaborate with stakeholders, consultants, and delivery teams. You will manage the requirements backlog, support UAT, data migration, and go‑live activities, and help drive continuous

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Senior CRM Business Analyst or similar role.
Fluency in Arabic is mandatory.
Strong requirements gathering, analysis, validation, and documentation skills.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
Ability to translate requirements into user stories, specs, and acceptance criteria.
Experience facilitating workshops and managing expectations.
Experience working with cross-functional teams and project managers.
Knowledge of UAT, test scenarios, defect management, and sign-off processes.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Onsite work at client location in Dubai during UAE business hours.

Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and validate business requirements from business teams and system owners.
Document business processes, pain points, gaps, user needs, and improvements.
Translate requirements into user stories, functional specs, acceptance criteria, and testable requirements.
Facilitate workshops with stakeholders and project teams.
Support Dynamics 365 solution design and configuration discussions.
Manage backlog and coordinate with client stakeholders and delivery teams.
Support testing activities, UAT planning, defect clarification, and business sign-off.
Assist with data migration, reporting, integration, data validation, and reconciliation.
Prepare user documentation, process guides, training materials, and adoption support materials.
Support go-live preparation, user adoption, and post-go-live hypercare.
