Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years post-graduate experience in cost management.
• At least 5 years of experience in Dubai or the Middle East.
• Proven experience in high-end residential, commercial, and hospitality projects.
• Strong leadership skills with ability to operate independently under minimal direction.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-contract cost management activities including feasibility studies and cost estimation.
• Provide strategic advisory on procurement routes and contractor selection.
• Manage high-value projects exceeding US$ 200 million in capital expenditure.
• Act as primary client point of contact for large-scale developments.
• Develop and oversee cost plans across all pre-contract stages.
• Ensure quality control procedures and compliance with internal standards.
