Job summary

AECOM is seeking an Associate – Cost Management in Dubai to provide comprehensive cost planning, estimating and commercial management across multi-sector, large-scale projects. The role collaborates with clients, project managers, consultants and contractors to keep projects on budget from inception to closeout.

The candidate will lead teams, oversee pre- and post-contract activities, and drive procurement strategies for high‑value CAPEX projects in the Middle East, including landmark

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years post graduate experience in the construction industry.
• At least 5 years in Dubai or the Middle East.
• Experience in Pre-Contract and Post-Contract roles managing high‑profile landmark projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide cost management and quantity surveying services across large, complex projects.
• Lead teams and manage resources across multiple projects.
• Advise on procurement, phasing strategies, consultant appointments, and contractor selection.
