Job summary
AECOM Middle East Ltd is seeking a Cost Manager to deliver comprehensive cost consultancy services for mid to large scale luxury projects in Dubai. You will support clients through managing projects, budgets, and commercial outcomes while ensuring quality control and compliance throughout.
The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field, with 8 to 10 years of experience, including 4 to 5 years in the Middle East. The position offers a competitive salary package and comprehensive employee benefits.
Qualifications
- 8 to 10 years post-graduate experience in cost management or quantity surveying.
- 4 to 5 years of professional experience in the Middle East.
- Proven experience delivering pre and post contract services on complex projects.
Responsibilities
- Deliver pre and post contract cost consultancy services across multiple projects.
- Manage cost estimating, cost planning, and BOQ preparation.
- Lead pre-tender estimates, tender processes, and tender queries.
- Review contract formation and provide commercial advice.
- Track budgets, prepare cost reports, and manage financial risk.
