Job summary

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree, at least 10 years of experience, and preferably hold MRICS certification. Collaborate on landmark projects and drive your professional growth in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of post-graduate experience in cost management within the construction industry.
• At least 3 to 5 years of professional experience in Dubai or the Middle East region.
• Chartered RICS Membership (MRICS) or equivalent professional certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support pre-contract cost planning and commercial management across multiple construction projects.
• Conduct surveys to determine locations of natural features and man-made structures.
• Analyze legal records and historical site data to determine property boundaries and project constraints.
