Responsibilities

• Act as primary client contact across multiple projects.
• Lead delivery strategy, scope definition, and commercial direction.
• Support business development, frameworks, and repeat work opportunities.
• Oversee and manage project teams, ensuring clarity of roles and responsibilities.
• Allocate resources across projects within fee and budget limits.
• Mentor and develop Senior QS, QS, and Graduate staff.
• Lead preparation and review of feasibility, concept, and detailed cost estimates.
• Oversee cost planning, benchmarking, risk allowances, and value engineering.
• Approve cost reports, cash flows, and earned value assessments.
• Review and recommend contractor/consultant progress payments, variations, and claims.
• Direct preparation and review of procurement documents, RFPs, and tender evaluations.
• Ensure budgets, cash flows, and cost plans align with client requirements.
• Identify risks, opportunities, and emerging issues early across the portfolio.
• Lead internal technical reviews and ensure quality and consistency of deliverables.
