Job summary

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, 8+ years of experience, and MRICS accreditation. The position focuses on quantity surveying, commercial controls, and financial outcomes to ensure project success and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of post-graduate experience in quantity surveying and cost management.
• Strong experience managing mixed-use and commercial projects.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of multiple projects in line with client objectives.
• Manage project services for accurate reporting and tracking.
• Act as Project Manager controlling scope, schedule, and budget.
