Job summary

Ginco Electrical & Sanitary Contracting Co. LLC (GESCO) seeks an experienced Cost Controller to lead budgeting, forecasting and monthly cost reporting for UAE-based MEP projects.

You will review subcontractor data, analyze variances, advise on risk mitigation, and support close-out activities, using MS Excel and cost-control software to deliver accurate financial insights. This role offers a competitive salary, UAE residence visa support and medical insurance.

Qualifications

• 8+ years UAE/GCC cost-control experience in MEP contracting.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting skills.
• Advanced proficiency in cost-control software and MS Excel.
• Experience on large-scale MEP contracting projects.
• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Finance or Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
