Job summary

ASGC in Dubai seeks a Senior Cost Controller with a strong track record in civil, mechanical, electrical and MEP cost management to lead cost control across major building and infrastructure projects.

You will develop budgets, monitor expenditures, forecast cash flow, prepare variance analyses, and collaborate with PM, Commercial, Procurement and Finance teams to optimize value. The ideal candidate has 10+ years UAE/GCC experience, ERP proficiency, and excellent stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of cost control experience in construction.
• Strong UAE/GCC experience on major building and infrastructure projects.
• Demonstrated expertise in Civil and MEP cost management.
• Advanced analytical, budgeting, forecasting and reporting capabilities.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and cost management software.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
