Qualifikationen

• PMP/ACCA/CMA or equivalent certifications are a plus.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

The successful candidate will ensure effective cost control across projects, prepare financial forecasts, analyze expenditure, and recommend corrective measures to maintain budget compliance. Strong analytical capabilities, ERP system expertise, and stakeholder coordination skills are essential.

Key Accountabilities

• Manage project budgets, cost forecasts, and financial reporting activities.
• Conduct budget-versus-actual cost analysis and prepare variance reports.
• Monitor procurement commitments, subcontractor costs, and overall project expenditure.
• Prepare cash flow forecasts and cost-to-complete analyses.
• Evaluate project financial performance and recommend corrective actions where necessary.

• Technical & Software Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, ERP systems, and project cost management tools.
• Financial Expertise: Strong knowledge of project budgeting, cost estimation, forecasting, cash flow analysis, variance reporting, and financial performance monitoring.
• Professional Certifications: PMP, ACCA, CMA, or other relevant cost management certifications are an advantage.
• Core Competencies: Strong analytical thinking, communication, problem-solving, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.
