Job summary

GINCO Cont. Co. LLC in the United Arab Emirates is seeking an experienced Cost Controller to manage project cost control within civil contracting.

You will track costs, prepare budgets and forecasts, and support cost reviews with project and commercial teams, ensuring accurate cost records and codes. The ideal candidate has 8+ years UAE/GCC cost control experience, strong budgeting and forecasting skills, and proficiency with cost control software and MS Excel.

Qualifications

• 8+ years UAE/GCC experience in cost control within civil contracting.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
• Proficiency in cost control software and MS Excel.
• Good analytical and reporting skills.
• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Finance, Civil Engineering or a related field.
