Job summary

Vistra is seeking an Associate Relationship Manager in the UAE to support our Corporate & Private Client Services team. You will manage a portfolio of international clients, deliver corporate secretarial and governance services across UAE jurisdictions, and ensure KYC/compliance standards are met while driving revenue growth.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and the ability to work independently in a hybrid work setup with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in corporate services or company secretarial roles.
• Strong knowledge of UAE corporate structures and regulations.
• Experience in compliance, KYC, and regulatory filings.
• Degree in Business, Commerce, or similar.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and client management skills.
• Proactive, solution-driven mindset with the ability to work independently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of international corporate and private clients, acting as the main point of contact.
• Deliver corporate secretarial and administration services, including company formations, filings, and governance support across UAE jurisdictions (ADGM, DIFC, free zones, offshore).
• Ensure compliance with KYC/onboarding and regulatory requirements, including annual reviews and remediation.
• Support revenue growth through client relationship management and identifying upsell opportunities.
• Oversee invoicing, collections, and overall portfolio financial management.
• Maintain accurate client records, provide reporting to management, and escalation issues as needed.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance service delivery.
