Job summary

Mashreq Bank in Dubai seeks an experienced corporate banking professional to originate and manage new-to-bank relationships in the Large Corporate and Middle Market segments. You will lead business development, client acquisition, and cross-selling while collaborating with risk, payment, and cash management teams to deliver tailored solutions.

The role requires a deep understanding of corporate banking products, strong credit acumen, and a proactive, results-driven mindset to drive profitable

Qualifications

• At least 8 years of banking experience in business development and credit/cust relations, with 2+ years in UAE.
• Mature and independent mindset, able to work under pressure.
• University-level education in business, finance or related field.
• Strong credit analytical skills and knowledge of corporate banking products.
• Excellent networking, leadership and management abilities.
• Commercial orientation with strong interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office, web content and analytics.
• Innovative, able to understand client needs and develop solutions.
• High energy, results-oriented, proactive and independent.
• Team player, adaptable and collaborative.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, identify and onboard new corporate relationships in Large Corporates and Middle Market in UAE.
• Develop propositions, campaigns, and partnerships to grow business and cross-sell.
• Manage credit processes from proposal to approvals and onboarding.
• Maintain market insights and track deal flows for timely reporting.
• Collaborate with coverage, product, and risk teams to deliver solutions.
• Build a network of introducers and drive client value proposition.
