ERC International Human Resources Consultancies in Dubai seeks an experienced Events Manager to oversee high-profile private, VIP and corporate events. You will manage end-to-end planning, guest coordination, vendor relationships, budgets and on-site execution for conferences, launches, receptions and executive functions.

The role requires a bachelor's degree in a related field, proven experience in VIP/event management, strong stakeholder skills, discretion, and willingness to travel and work

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Events, Marketing, Hospitality, Communications or related field.
Strong experience in VIP, private and corporate events.
Excellent stakeholder and supplier management skills.
High level of professionalism, discretion and confidentiality.
Willingness to travel and work evenings/weekends when required.

Responsibilities

End-to-end planning and execution of private, VIP & corporate events.
Guest and VIP management.
Venue, supplier and vendor coordination.
Budget management and contract negotiation.
Event logistics, production and on-site execution.
