Job summary

Azizi Developments in Dubai, UAE is seeking a Senior Contracts Officer - Procurement to support procurement and contracting activities, ensuring compliant, cost-effective contract execution. You will coordinate with internal stakeholders and external parties, prepare contract documents, manage RFQs and LOIs, and maintain contract data in ERP systems.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field and strong knowledge of contract terms, commercial practices, and procurement

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing contract documents and administering procurement and subcontract agreements.
• Coordinate contract documentation including RFQs, LOIs, contracts, amendments, and variations.
• Ensure contracts comply with company policies, legal requirements, audit standards, and authority matrices.
• Maintain contract records, approvals, and related correspondence.
• Monitor contract compliance and performance with project teams.
• Support contract renewals, extensions, variations, and close-outs.
