Job summary

Azizi Developments in Dubai seeks a Senior Contracts Officer – Procurement to support and manage procurement and contracting activities, ensuring compliant, cost-effective contract execution across internal and external stakeholders. The role requires strong knowledge of contract terms and procurement procedures, with a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Supply Chain.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Supply Chain required.
• Strong knowledge of contract terms and commercial practices.
• Experience with procurement procedures and processes.
• Ability to coordinate with internal stakeholders and external parties.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing contract documents and administering procurement and subcontract agreements.
• Coordinate contract documentation including RFQs, LOIs, contracts, amendments, and variations.
• Ensure all contracts comply with company policies, legal requirements, audit standards, and authority matrices.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of contracts, approvals, and related correspondence.
• Maintain contract registers, procurement records, and trackers in the system.
• Ensure timely updates of contract data in ERP / procurement systems.
• Liaise with Contracts, Legal, Audit, Finance, and Project Teams for reviews and approvals.
• Coordinate with site/project teams and ensure signed contracts are shared with projects.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers for contract signing and document collection.
• Ensure procurement contracts align with budgets and financial controls.
• Identify contractual risks and escalation issues to management for resolution.
• Prepare contract status reports, summaries, and performance trackers.
